I just posted the Maple Syrup Rankings that I’ve been working on — and eating my way through — for some time now. Andersonville Maple tops the list. After years of savoring fine syrups, no other comes close.

The rankings will continue to be updated, as I acquire new syrups from around the country (most notably the northeast). There are already quite a few unopened quarts in my pantry waiting to be tasted, so that list is soon to grow.
